If the product you selected has the status "Ready for Shipping," it means it is in stock and fully packed. Such products will be shipped within three business days.

After placing the order and making the full payment of 100%, we prepare the shipping list and logistics route. Delivery is carried out by the shipping company "FedEx" or another carrier.

 

Made-to-Order Products:

We offer the possibility to customize furniture according to your needs, offering a wide range of staining colors, painting, furniture sizes, hardware changes, and manufacturing materials. Such products are made to specification, according to your customization needs.

  • To start the order processing, full payment for the product, customs fees, and shipping is required.
  • The production time ranges from 10 to 30 business days from the moment of order placement, depending on the complexity of the product and is specified individually for each product.

The prepayment is made by transferring funds to the company's bank account. After receiving the payment, we begin processing the order, always striving to complete it earlier than the specified timeframe. When everything is ready, our logistics team will inform you and coordinate a convenient shipping date with "FedEx" or another carrier.

Please note that custom-made furniture according to your individual specifications is not subject to exchange or return.

 

Delivery:

Delivery by the shipping company "FedEx":

We deliver products throughout Europe and the USA within 8-12 calendar days. Please also consider potential delays at customs clearance centers.

All products shipped by "FedEx" or another logistics company are securely packed with additional corner and front side protection, so transit damage is almost nonexistent. If anything happens, we will resolve the issue, and everything will be replaced for you. Upon receipt, we ask you to inspect the packaging for damage immediately. If you notice significant damage, do not worry and do not accept the product, but inform us immediately. We will promptly address the issue.

Pickup from the "Lite" Company Warehouse:

If you can visit Ukraine, you are welcome to come to our office, production facility, and pick up your packed furniture from the warehouse.
